Hai semua..harini Rizz nak share resipi buat KARIPAP...x kesah la karipap UBI,AYAM,SARDIN ke....janji yg penting adalah cara2 nak buat kulit karipap tu kan...so ni resipi yg rizz belajar dri pastry deparment time pratikal..it SIMPLE N EASY okay... :D

bahan utk KULIT

 Air                         230ml
marjerin                  100gm(cairkan dlam oven dlm 5 mnit )
Tepung gandum      500gm

cara2nya........

campur jer semua bahan2 tu ke dlm mixing bowl  dn gunakan mixer dgn spend 1 or 2 dlm 5 mnit kebawah smp kulit tu sebati ...jgn OVER  AIR kan x jadi kulit tu pulak ye..rehatkan dlm peti ais lebih kurang 30 minit then buat la bentuk bulat2..selalunya yg rizz buat lebih kurang dpt 6 or 5 ketul...then gunakan kayu yg tuk gelek2 kuih tu..gelek kulit tu tp jgn smp nipis..kan bila goreng pecah dah x sodap...so dah gelekkan tu masukkan inti tuh then klau RAJIN lipatkan tepi2 dia or nak SENANG pkai acuan karipap tu then tepi tu nk save dri pecah..tekan guna garpu...

intinya.....sebab rizz belajar kat hotel ni SARDIN tin so bahan2nya...

Sardin tin 1, bwh putih(2) n bwg besar (1) kena potong  cincang n potong mayang ),cili padi(5) n cili boh(30gm) sikit jer n garam utk secukup rasa...

TUMIS bwg2 yg dimayang dulu then dah wangi masukkan bwg2 yg dicincang halus or blend la klau malas..haha...pastu masukan cili boh pastu cili padi yg dipotong bulat2 k...agak2 dlm 5-7 mint msukkan SARDIN YG DIBUANG KUAHNYA sebab kita nak inti tu x berkuah...hancur2kan sardin tu then masukan garam...sejukkan dlu bf4 nk masukkn dlm kulit KARIPAP tu..klau pnas2 kan susah nk kelim...

p/s= gmbr2 dri buat sendiri x dpt nak diambik so amik dri google n adelah blog2 tu...SELAMAT MENCUBA..opps lupa..goreng smpai kemerahan tau..api tu kna sederhana...all the best :D

SOFT ROLL
Ingredient                                                                  
Water                             570ml                        
Yeast                              50g                             
Bread flour                      1000g(1kg)                            
Freemat(lemak sayuran)    10g                 
Castor sugar                     100g
Non fat milk solid             50gm
Butter                             100g
Salt                                 10g


Method                     
1) mixed the bread flour,freemat,butter,castor sugar, yeast,water and milk in mixture          machine, put in the yeast
2) after that put in salt and rest the dought with wet towel  for 1 hour
3) after the dough is rise,press the dough to sure than the air is out
4) make a shape like ball and it weight must be 30g each it
5) rest it again for 10 minute
6) dont forget to apply egg yolk on the dough cause it make it colour to brown after baked
7) baked in oven for 10-12 minute in 180ocini lah hasilnyaa..
