Ingredient
Water 570ml
Yeast 50g
Bread flour 1000g(1kg)
Freemat(lemak sayuran) 10g
Castor sugar 100g
Non fat milk solid 50gm
Butter 100g
Salt 10g
Method
1) mixed the
bread flour,freemat,butter,castor sugar, yeast,water and milk in mixture machine, put
in the yeast
2) after that
put in salt and rest the dought with wet
towel for 1 hour
3) after the
dough is rise,press the dough to sure than the air is out
4) make a
shape like ball and it weight must be 30g each it
5) rest it
again for 10 minute
6) dont
forget to apply egg yolk on the dough cause it make it colour to brown after
baked
